Dozens Of Residents Evacuated After Carbon Monoxide Scare In Hunting Park
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Dozens of residents were forced from their homes early Tuesday morning after a carbon monoxide scare in Hunting Park.
At least 30 people in the 3400 block of North 5th Street were evacuated around 3:30 a.m. after a report of suspicious fumes.
Residents were being evaluated by medics, but there were no reports of injuries and no one was hospitalized.
Officials said residents would be allowed back into their homes once the high readings went down.
