PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Dozens of residents are displaced after a fire in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood. Fire crews were called to a fire on the 4600 block of Leiper Street, just before 8 a.m.
Officials say there were no injuries but dozens of residents have been displaced.
