Dozens In New Jersey Protest Fatal Police Involved Shooting

BRIDGETON, N.J. (CBS) – Dozens of people marched in Bridgeton, New Jersey Saturday to protest a recent fatal shooting involving police.

Protesters marched from the intersection where Jerame Reed was shot and killed late last year while at a traffic stop to the Cumberland County Courthouse, demanding justice.

"The victims of police brutality," this protester says, "that is 'we the people.' That's why it's important to me. They have to hear us. They are not above the law and they should be held accountable."

The two officers involved in this shooting are on paid leave while investigators continue trying to figure out what happened.
