Divine Lorraine Sign Is Glowing Once Again

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A once shuttered historic Philadelphia building has its lights turned back on.

The Divine Lorraine hotel on Broad Street in North Philadelphia is undergoing 50 million dollar face lift that includes renovating apartments and adding restaurants.

"Every nook and cranny of this building is cool, so right now we're about 90 percent done."

Blumenfeld says his group plans on making at least another 50 million dollars worth of renovations on Broad Street and that includes revitalizing the Philadelphia metropolitan opera house.
