DeSean Jackson Gets Last Laugh, Rubs It In Philly's Face

By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The ending of this Eagles season couldn't have been scripted any worse.

A 27-24 loss against DeSean Jackson and the lowly Washington Redskins, a third straight loss for the Eagles, the one that officially eliminates them from the postseason.

To make matters worse, Jackson caught four balls for 126 yards and then rubbed in the face of Philadelphia, in every way possible.

"They going home," Jackson told reporters after the game. "Tell them goodnight. Bye bye."

"They're very naive and they play how they play," Jackson said. "They could care less who is out there or who is at wide receiver, they're going to play their defense the way they play it. "That's the Philadelphia Eagle defense. I've been there a lot of years and witnessed a lot of players – wide receivers, tight ends – get off on some huge games on them, and I'm just happy to be on this side and be able to send them home with a loss."

Jackson continued, saying his former teammates "constantly" tell him he is missed.
