Delco Man Charged After Uploaded Child Porn Traced To His Smartphone, Say Police

MEDIA, Pa. (CBS) -- A Delaware County man has been arrested and is being charged with possessing child pornography.
Authorities say 49-year-old Mark Chamberlain, of Media, Pa., had pornography depicting children as young as five years of age.
Police say they used a Google subpoena and online searches of public records to trace the images back to Chamberlain's cell phone.
On that phone, investigators say, they found at least fifty images and videos of child pornography, many involving young females between the ages of five and ten. At least two images depict a sexual image of child bondage.
During a search of Chamberlain's bedroom closet, detectives also recovered three VHS tapes and a brown box containing a shipping receipt for the cell phone, which Chamberlain initially denied owning.
Chamberlain is charged with sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility, both felonies of the third degree.
