Del. Taxi Driver's Death Ruled A Homicide
MILLSBORO, Del. (CBS) – Police in Delaware say they've identified the male found dead inside a cab parked on the side of Country Living Road in Millsboro.
The victim, 45-year-old William Toomey, of Millsboro, was reportedly employed as a cab driver by Delaware Beach Taxi.
Police initially called Toomey's death "suspicious," but they now say the Division of Forensic Science has determined it was the result of murder.
Details are not being released to avoid complicating the investigation.
Anyone with information on the homicide or who may have seen the cab in the Millsboro area between 8 and 9 p.m. is asked to call police.
