Del. Police Searching For Man Wanted For 5 Alleged Indecent Exposures
BEAR, Del. (CBS) – New Castle County police are searching for a man wanted in connection with five indecent exposure incidents.
Charles Riley, a 39-year-old whose last known address is on the 1200 block of North Tatnall Street in Wilmington, is wanted for five separate incidents that occurred in the area of Wellington Woods and Sparrow Run in June.
Police say Riley has been seen on foot or operating a bike in the area. He's described as a black male who is about 5'10" and 189 lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
Riley frequents the Bear/Glasgow area and is wanted on 4 counts of Indecent Exposure 1st degree, 1 count of Indecent Exposure 2nd degree, and 2 counts of Lewdness.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
