DA: Lab Results Confirm Vial Found in Hatboro Contained Ricin
HATBORO, Pa., (CBS) -- Lab results confirm a vial recovered Thursday evening in Hatboro tested positive for ricin, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced (See Previous Story).
The district attorney's office says the vial was recovered in connection with the investigation into Nicholas Helman, the 19-year-old charged with delivering a birthday card laced with ricin to the home of a Warminster man earlier this month (See Previous Story).
Helman is facing attempted murder among other charges. He is being held without bail in a correctional county facility.
