DA: Delaware County Man Found Guilty Of Raping Girl Multiple Times In A Church
UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS) -- The District Attorney's Office announced 49-year-old Troy Posey has been found guilty of raping a teenage girl multiple times back in March, 2014.
Authorities say Posey raped the 18-year-old victim in a church where he worked as a night repairman.
He was found guilty on all charges of rape by forcible compulsion, sexual assault, indecent assault without consent and indecent assault by forcible compulsion for a series of sex acts.
Posey's sentencing is scheduled for March 3, 2015.
