Cupid's Undie Run Brings In Nearly $130K For Charity

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A bunch of people with warm hearts stripped down to their skivvies in South Philadelphia today to participate in a charity run.
With snow and ice all over the place, there was plenty of teeth chattering and yelling at Cupid's Undie Run.
About 800 people ran a mile near the sports complex in South Philly, bringing in nearly $130,000 for the Children's Tumor Foundation.
A few runners talked about their experience. "It's a great cause and the little bit of cold you feel is nothing that they go through," said one runner.
Another said, "We are raising money for a great foundation. That's all I know."
"I'm a little cold," admitted one participant. "I'm a little cold. I'm wearing virtually nothing! I've got a tie, some underwear, and some knee-high socks. And some wings, I'm not sure where they came from."
Cupid's Undie Runs were held in 30 cities around the world, raising more than three million dollars for children with cancer.
