Crews Work To Repair Water Main Break In Northwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Crews were on the scene of a water main break in Northwest Philadelphia.

It happened around 9 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West Sharpnack Street in West Mount Airy.

Crews from the Philadelphia Water Department were working repair the 6-inch main which caused a slight wash out on the street.

Officials said about 70 properties were without water as a result of the break.
