Cosby Back In Montco For Pre-Trial Hearing

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Bill Cosby is back in a Montgomery county courtroom, as attorneys argue a series of pre-trial motions related to sex assault charges against the 78-year-old entertainer.

Bill Cosby's attorneys say a deposition from a civil trial he gave back in 2005, in which he admits he got drugs to give to women before sex, should not be allowed in his criminal trial. Prosecutors point to what they say are numerous inconsistencies from Castor's testimony.

Attorneys will address other issues, including whether or not the decade delay in bringing charges is a violation of Cosby's constitutional rights. And, what's called prior bad acts: can prosecutors present 13 women at trial who claim they were sexually assaulted by Cosby.
