Coronavirus Latest: Philadelphia Chinese Community Raises Money To Buy 25,000 Surgical Masks For Local Hospitals

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Members of the Philadelphia Chinese Community have raised funds to buy 25,000 surgical masks. They are being delivered Tuesday to Penn Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Temple University.
The collections were organized by Philadelphia Chinese Community Organizations United.
The number of COVID-19 cases in the city has topped 1,300 as the statewide total has climbed above 4,800.
