Cops: 1 Shot On Basketball Court In South Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting at a basketball court that left one man hospitalized Thursday afternoon.
The shooting happened at about 2 p.m. at Morris Street and Moyamensing Avenue in South Philadelphia.
According to investigators, an unidentified 26-year-old male was shot in the leg. The male was rushed to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in an unknown condition.
Chopper 3 HD was over the scene shortly after the shooting where it showed officers and detectives and yellow crime scene tape near the court.
So far, no arrests have been made.
The shooting remains under investigation.
