LANCASTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Flames erupted outside the Tanger Outlets in Lancaster County Monday. According to officials, a piece of construction equipment in the parking lot caught fire and spread to the mall.
The thick, black smoke could be seen for miles.

Officials say the construction vehicle was working on repairs to a large sinkhole that opened up there last August.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
