Cole Hamels Will Not Be Ready For Opening Day
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A lot of things have to go right for the Phillies if they're going to compete for a playoff spot this year. It isn't getting started off the right way.
Pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training in Clearwater for the Phillies today, and there was some bad news about Cole Hamels.
Hamels won't be ready opening day. Shortly after, he said.
