Small Business Featured During Clinton Jobs Tour Stop In Montco

HATFIELD, Pa. (CBS) - Before leaving the region on Friday, the democratic presidential nominees made a stop in Montgomery County to connect with small business owners and workers.

Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine's jobs tour stopped at the Hatfields Makers of K'NEX - an American-made toy company. Clinton praised the owners while bashing her opponent Donald Trump for his business dealings:

"We don't resent success in America, but we do resent people who take advantage of others in order to line their own pockets on the way up."

Joe Cutler is still undecided, but impressed:

"I didn't know what to expect. I got invited here because my son works here. So I came out and I was impressed. Well done."

CEO Michael has hosted other top politicians including President Obama.

"I think it's because we're the quintessential American story," he says. "We're a family business. We make things in America. We've made things in America for six decades. And we find ways to keep making more things here."

He agreed with Clinton that this country needs to invest in its workforce and to bring jobs back to the USA.
