City of Philadelphia websites offline due to technical issue

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- You may have trouble trying to get on some the city of Philadelphia websites Thursday night.

The city says a technical issue during a planned upgrade knocked the sites offline Thursday.

CBS News Philadelphia has been told this was not a cyber attack.
