PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Carson Wentz is officially a married man!
Wentz married longtime girlfriend Maddie Oberg on Sunday.
The couple and wedding party were spotted at the Lakehouse Inn in East Rockhill Township in Bucks County. Wentz reportedly wanted to tie the knot before training camp. Teammate Zach Ertz and former teammates Jordan Matthews and Trey Burton were groomsmen.
Facebook User Christy Stack saw the ceremony from her boat and said, "We could hear the whole ceremony! And then after "you may kiss the bride" a guy on a kayak did the Eagles chant."
Wentz announced his engagement to Oberg back in February, shortly after the Eagles Super Bowl win.
On Monday, Wentz posted photos of the event on Twitter under the hashtag #WentzUponATime.
He wrote it was "such a blessing" to marry his best friend and adds "it was an incredible day and God has his fingerprints all over our story."
"He had about 10 groomsmen most of which were former teammates too which was fun," said said Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins.
Jenkins was unable to attend the wedding but those blue suits seen in photos were outfitted by Jenkins' Walnut Street menswear shop Damari Savile.

"We did his entire wedding. His entire wedding party came through," said Jenkins.
In addition to a classic wedding cake, Carson added a touch of whimsy to the day with an additional "grooms" cake provided by Amy's Creative Cakes in Quakertown--a clear ode to one of his favorite pastimes which read: "The Hunt Is Over."
