2 Injured After Car Slams Into Apartment Building In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Chopper 3 was over the scene in Northeast Philadelphia where a car rammed into an apartment building located at 9951 Academy Road.
Authorities say a female driver accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brakes. She struck several unattended parked vehicles and then rammed into the apartment complex.
Two people were transported to Aria-Torresdale Hospital with minor injuries.
So far, no charges have been filed.
A police investigation is ongoing.
