Car Fire Snarls Traffic On Schuylkill Expressway

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- A car caught on fire on the middle lane of the Schuylkill Expressway near Girard Avenue Tuesday morning.

The burning vehicle brought traffic on I-76 Eastbound to a crawl. Traffic on I-76 jammed from City Avenue to East of Girard Avenue with only the right shoulder getting by.
