Body Found On Cobbs Creek Street
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities say a body was found on the road in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia in what they are calling a "suspicious death."
The body was discovered just before 7 a.m. on the 5100 block of Webster Street.
Authorities say a 50 to 60-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the neck after someone called 9-1-1 to say the man was passed out. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The weapon was not recovered. Authorities are investigating.
