Biden Delivers Commencement Address At UD
NEWARK, Del. (CBS) – Vice President Joe Biden delivered the commencement address at his alma mater, the University of Delaware, on Saturday.
More than 5,000 graduates, along with their family and friends packed into Delaware Stadium, as Biden told them they are stepping into a rapidly changing world that presents dangers and challenges, as well as incredible opportunities.
""You have a chance to get your hands around it," Biden said. "A chance to alter the trajectory. A chance, just a chance, to bend history a little bit."
It was Biden's 4th time delivering the commencement address at the University of Delaware, and his first since he was elected Vice President.
