UPDATE: Police Standoff Ends After Deadly Shooting in Logan
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a barricade situation has ended with seven men in custody following a deadly shooting in Logan.
It began shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday at 13th and Ruscomb Streets.
Police say two men were shot and rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center. Police say one victim was pronounced dead, and the second victim is in stable condition.
Chief Inspector Scott Small said, "We got information from witnesses and victims that our shooters ran into an address."
As police searched for the gunmen, officers surrounded a residence along Ruscomb Street and a barricade situation was declared and multiple firearms recovered from the back of the home.
"I got initial reports that one is an AK47, some rifles and handguns," Small explained.
The SWAT team was called in and about two hours later, the barricade ended and police say seven men were taken into custody. Sources say of the seven, two are believed to be the suspected shooters.
No injuries were reported during the barricade.
The investigation continues.
