Sea Scallops With Pumpkin And Sage Butter Sauce

Pumpkin, sage, and brown butter are unquestionably flavors of the fall, but when you add sea scallops and hearty mushrooms, it brings out great well-rounded flavors in every bite.  This dish is a great appetizer or you can serve it for an easy and elegant main course. It's tasty and refreshing and reflects both the sea and the season."

 Walnut Date Pumpkin Bread

"Some may save this recipe for fall or winter, but it's great year-round.  Why?  Once you start eating this bread, you can't stop. It's not too sweet, not too savory, but the perfect combination from morning to night.  Have a few slices warmed up with butter for breakfast, enjoy it with a meal, a sumptuous snack, or a sweet dessert."

Sicilian Baked Pumpkin

"This is an old family recipe that showcases fresh pumpkin in all of its glory. We used fresh pumpkins from my grandfather's garden. It was usually served with a pork roast or sometimes served with homemade pasta. This super side dish is sweet and savory all in one bite."

 Pumpkin Fritters

"This recipe is one of my favorites. It is easier than you might think to make and will be a crowd pleaser if you don't eat them all on your own.  These pair perfectly with ice cream, but you might choose to snack these sweet treats on their own."

Lamb And Pumpkin Stew

"This is a great fall dish that is a twist on your traditional stew. There's nothing like a good savory stew when the weather is brisk to bring a special warmth to your tummy. While it may be surprising to some, the combination of the lamb and pumpkin marry very well."
