Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton says 43-year-old John Blocker was arrested Monday morning at the West Philadelphia home of his girlfriend.

He is charged with first degree murder and related crimes in connection with the beating death of Juan Cuevas in January 2006.

His sister Elizabeth, says she never lost faith that his killers would be found.

"I truly believe we had faith, we really had faith that somebody was going to be arrested. We didn't know when, but we held on to it."

He says Blocker and three other men broke into Cuevas home in Saddlebrook Way in Washington Township that day in 2006. He says the intruders tied up Cuevas three children and then beat Cuevas to death.
