Three More Victims Accuse Delaware County Chiropractor Of Indecent Touching During Treatments

NEWTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- A Delaware County chiropractor is facing new charges of indecent assault as new victims step forward. Sixty-one-year-old Ardel Cirio turned himself into the Newtown Police Department on Friday morning after three additional victims came forward with complaints of alleged indecent touching during treatments.
Cirio was first charged on March 17.
He surrendered his license to practice as a condition of his bail.
