Amazon Looking To Hire 3,900 Workers Throughout Delaware Valley Ahead Of Holiday Rush

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Amazon is getting ready for the holiday rush by hiring thousands of workers in the Philadelphia area. The retail giant wants to fill more than 3,900 seasonal jobs in the Delaware Valley.

The average starting pay is $18 per hour and Amazon is offering a hiring bonus of up to $3,000.

There are openings in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Camden and Wilmington.
