ACM Awards Performers Announced: Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, More

The Academy of Country Music Awards are a month away, and the first performers have just been announced.
Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean, George Strait, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Reba McEntire, Keith Urban and Florida Georgia Line along with New Artist of the Year nominees Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell are set to perform at the 50th ACM Awards, which air on CBS on Sunday, April 19 live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
According to a press release, Strait will debut new music during his performance, and Reba returns to the ACM Awards to perform for the first time in five years.

Lambert leads the awards show with eight nominations, followed closely by Dierks Bentley who has seven nominations. Lambert is nominated for the Entertainer of the Year award alongside Brooks, Bryan, Aldean and Florida Georgia Line.
Bryan, Chesney, Lambert and Bentley are also among the performers announced previously for the third annual ACM Party for a Cause, a two-day live music event that precedes the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
