9 Arrested In Philadelphia Prostitution Sweep
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A prostitution sweep in Philadelphia on Thursday net nine "Johns."
The sweep was conducted on July 31st in the 16th Police District.
Nine people were arrested and charged with soliciting sex from undercover officers:
#1. Steven Reed 52, of Parkside Avenue
#2. Pedro Louis Sorita Para 27, of North 42nd Street
#3. Erick Riddick 26, of North Yewdall Street
#4. Joseph Johnson 46, of North 55th Street
#5. Andrew Blakey 25, of Revere Road, Drexel Hill, PA
#6. Roger Dozier 50, of South 57th Street
#7. Preston Catchings 56, of Gross Street
#8. Tiras Porteous 33, of Allengrove Street
#9. Thomas Brown 49, of Westminster Avenue
