PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The 76ers return to the Center tonight to host the New York Knicks.

The 76ers are 8-33 and they have lost back-to-back games, the most recent came Monday afternoon as they got blitzed on the road by the Washington Wizards, 111-76. The 6-36 Knicks actually picked up their sixth win last time out, beating the Pelicans on Monday, 99-92. That victory snapped a 16-game losing streak for New York.
This will be the second of four meetings between these two teams this season. The Knicks won the first back on November 22nd, grabbing a 91-83 decision in New York. Forward Carmelo Anthony did the Sixers in that night as he led the Knicks with 25 points.
The Knicks getting good work out of former St. Joseph's University star Langston Galloway. The rookie guard scored 21 points in that win over the Pelicans and he is averaging 12 points in five games since joining the team from the NBADL.
