70-Year-Old Man Among 5 Arrested In Prostitution Crackdown In Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 70-year-old male was among five suspects arrested in a prostitution crackdown in Philadelphia.
Members of the City Wide Vice Enforcement Unit conducted a Patronizing Operation on Thursday.
The undercover decoy operation occurred in the area of Kensington Avenue and Sergeant Street.
As a result of the operation, five suspects were taken into custody. Each was charged with Prostitution and Solicitation.
Police have identified the suspects as:
Donald M. Farrell, 52, of Philadelphia.
Francisco Sanchez, 70, of Philadelphia.
Anthony Steele, 44, of Philadelphia.
Suong Van Nguyen, 68, of Philadelphia.
John Stephen Davidson, 31, of Philadelphia.
Investigators said $1,842 in cash was confiscated during the operation.
