3-Year-Old Taken To CHOP After Falling Into Schuylkill River

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 3-year-old has been rushed to the hospital after falling into the Schuylkill River, Saturday afternoon.
Rescue crews were called to the 2200 block of Kelly Drive, near St. Joe's Boathouse around noon after receiving reports a child fell off the edge of the dock and into the river.
Car Crashes Into Philadelphia Police Cruiser In West Philly
Police say the boy's father jumped in but was unable to find him.
Crews were able to pull the boy out of the water. He was taken to CHOP.
The boy is in critical condition.
Kelly Drive remains closed down between the statue and the reservoir.
