3 Teenage Boys Recovering After Shooting In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Three teenage boys are recovering in hospitals after they were shot in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry section.

Police say several vehicles were also damaged in the hail of bullets fired Monday, shortly after midnight.

Police say two 16-year-olds were shot, one in the legs, the other in the lower back. A 17-year-old victim was also shot in his legs.

Investigators are checking surveillance video for clues to what happened and say they're not even sure that the teens themselves were not involved in the gunfire.

Police haven't made any arrests and they didn't recover any weapons.

The boys are expected to recover from their wounds.
