3 Suspects In Custody After Deadly Shooting At Penn's Landing

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Three suspects were arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at Penn's Landing.
Police apprehended the men after hearing gunshots near Columbus Boulevard and Callowhill Street overnight. They saw a 24-year-old man was shot and saw several people, including the suspects, running from the scene.
The victim suffered gunshot wounds to his head and back and was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Chief Inspector Scott Small says the Marine Unit is assisting in the search for a weapon which the suspects may have thrown into the Delaware River.
Authorities continue to investigate a motive for the crime.
