3 On Your Side Recall Round-Up: Cra-Z Jewels, Bunk Beds & Pretzels
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Dangerous products that put your family at risk. Here's what you need to know.
It's this week's 3 On Your Side recall roundup.
First up kiddy craft concerns! Cra-Z-Jewelz Gem Creations is recalling some jewelry making kits and supplies. A bracelet in the kit contains high levels of lead.
Lead is toxic if ingested by young children.
The recall involves Shimmer N' Sparkle and My Look ultimate gem machines. As well as one refill product. The kits were sold at Toys R Us, Walmart, and Target stores from August of 2015 through this April.
Keep these products away from small children and contact the manufacturer for a refund.
Next up, bunk bed dangers. Hillsdale Furniture is recalling 20 thousand bunk beds because the mattress support rails can break posing a fall risk.
So far they've had 650 reports of the rails breaking or cracking and at least eight children have been injured.
These bunk beds were sold exclusively at Bob's Discount Furniture nationwide.
Stop using these beds immediately and contact Hillsdale for information on having them repaired.
Finally, pretzel problems! Frito-Lay is recalling select packages of Rold Gold Tiny Twists, Rold Gold Thins, Rold Gold Sticks and Rold Hold Honey Wheat Braided pretzels.
The products may contain peanut residue. Which could be harmful for those who have a peanut allergy.
The products have "guaranteed fresh" dates ranging from June 28, 2016 to August 23, 2016 on the front of the package.
You can return the pretzels to the store of purchased for a full refund or contact Frito-Lay customer relations.
