Thanksgiving Eve Fire Displaces 20 In Chester County
COATESVILLE, Pa., (CBS) – The America Red Cross says they are assisting 20 people displaced by a fire in Chester County.
The fire was reported shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the 500 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville.
Dispatch officials say the fire was placed under control. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Red Cross says the 20 residents are being provided lodging over the holiday as they are not able to return to their homes at this time. They say residents were able to gather belongings like clothing and other essentials so other assistance was not needed.
