2 Men Claim They Were Shot By Same Bullet During Robbery

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two men claim they were shot by the same bullet during a robbery in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday morning at the 3000 block of Germantown Avenue.

Police say two men showed up at Temple University Hospital with gunshot wounds. One man was shot in the hand and the other in the hip.

The victims claim they were being robbed and that one man was shot in the hand when he tried to grab the gun.

That bullet traveled through his hand and then through the other man's hip.

Authorities say there is a car on the 1200 block of West Atlantic Street with blood inside and possibly a bullet.

Police are investigating the incident.
