101-Year-Old Germantown Woman -- Who Has Never Missed A Vote -- Casts Her Ballot

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It's a sure sign of election day in Germantown when Ceola Baldwin casts her ballot. The 101-year-old has never missed a vote.
Ceola needed a ride for the three blocks to the polling place and a walker to get to the booth, but nothing was going to stop her from casting her vote.
"I think it was the right thing to do. You know I have always voted. I think it was the right thing to do."
Her perfect record was jeopardized only once, when Pennsylvania passed a voter ID law and she had no birth certificate to get an ID.
Her granddaughter, Wilola Lee, was among those who challenged the law.
Wilola says, "She finally got her ID to vote."
Reporter: 'And she doesn't need it.'
'No, she doesn't need it cause we won the case.'
Wilola was with Ceola as she cast her vote, promising to be back next year.
So what is her secret?
"God was good to me and I treat everybody right, everybody. I love everybody."
Even those that do not vote, though she thinks they should.
