Arrest Made In Shooting That Left 4-Year-Old Yonkers Girl Injured

YONKERS, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - There's been an arrest in a shooting that left a young girl injured.

The 4-year-old girl was struck by a stray bullet when a gunman opened fire on crowded Willow Street in Yonkers July 16.

Exclusive video obtained by CBS2's Lou Young shows the moments leading up to the shooting.

Three teens were caught on video walking down the street. One of the teens pulled a gun and opened fire on three other teens, who scattered.

One of the intended targets was grazed, according to Yonkers Police, but the 4-year-old girl, who was crossing the street with her mother up the block, was struck in the leg.

The suspect was arrested late Tuesday night.

No word yet on the charges.
