Man Accused Of Shooting Yonkers Cop Arraigned In The Hospital

YONKERS, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- The man accused of shooting a Yonkers police officer has been arraigned in his hospital bed.
Frank Valencia faces charges that include attempted murder.
A second suspect -- Jerry Reyes -- remained behind bars on Thursday.
Police said both men were sitting in a car on Monday. Officer Kayla Maher was shot in the face when she approached the vehicle.
Valencia was struck when police fired back.
