1 Killed, 4 Injured When Vehicle Jumps Curb In Fort Greene
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A woman was killed when she was struck by an SUV that jumped a curb in Fort Greene.
The 30-year-old woman was walking along Fulton and Portland Streets in Fort Greene when she was struck just before 6 p.m.
A 37-year-old woman was also struck and is in critical condition.
Three other people have minor injuries.
Police said the driver stayed at the scene until police arrived. He was charged with driving without a license.
It was unclear why the driver lost control.
