Woman Arrested In Front Of 5-Year-Old Son At Brooklyn Subway Station Plans To Sue City

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A woman who was seen on video being arrested in front of her 5-year-old son is now suing the city.

Kaleemah Rozier, 22, was arrested on May 13 at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station.

Police said Rozier had refused to wear a face covering on the subway, and then allegedly hit an officer.

She was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Now, she and her attorneys plan to file a $10 million lawsuit for psychological damages.
