Woman, 63, Found Dead Following Queens Fire

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A 63-year-old woman is dead following a fire in Queens.
Flames broke out around 11:10 p.m. Tuesday on 219th Street near Hillside Avenue in the Queens Village neighborhood.
Once the fire was extinguished, first responders found the victim unresponsive on the first floor of the two-story home. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was identified as Bibi Jasmin, who lived alone.
Her cause of death is under investigation, along with the cause of the fire.
