Boil Advisory Issued For 7 Westchester Communities Due To Maintenance Work
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A boil water advisory has been issued for seven communities in Westchester County as a precaution.
The order was issued as a precaution, because New York City has been conducting maintenance on its water system.
The areas affected include New Rochelle, Eastchester, the villages of Bronxville and Tuckahoe, the Town and Village of Pelham, and Pelham Manor.
The advisory takes effect Wednesday at 10 a.m., and runs through midnight Wednesday night.
