3/18 CBS2 Friday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Justin Lewis

The last of the showers will swing through this afternoon before we quiet down into the evening. As for highs, they'll be a little cooler -- in mid 50s or so.

We'll clear up tonight behind our cold front and cool off some too, with temperatures getting to around freezing by daybreak.

It will be on the chilly side tomorrow morning, so have the coats ready. And into the afternoon, we'll see a few more clouds, but we'll still manage to get into the mid 40s or so.

After that, all eyes will turn towards the storm you've been hearing about. It looks like snow and rain get on board Sunday morning into the midday hours with periods of rain and snow through the night, wrapping up very early Monday morning.

Several inches of snow are possible for parts of the area, so be sure to check back for updates on amounts and what you can expect for the Monday morning rush!
