5/4 CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines
By Justin Lewis
Clouds and pockets of drizzle will linger into this afternoon with some showers later on. Expect another cool one today with temps only reaching the mid 50's -- that's normal for late March!
It will stay mainly cloudy and damp into tonight with some more drizzle possible. It will be cool and breezy, too, so be sure to have the jacket or coat. Also, coastal communities could see some minor flooding (see image) due to the approaching new moon and persist onshore winds.
We're looking at a near repeat tomorrow with low clouds and pockets of drizzle. As for temps, they' won't climb much again... mid to upper 50's or so.
Into Friday we'll see a low to our south advance towards our area. Some rain is possible in the morning, but it looks like any heavier pockets of rain will hold off until the afternoon hours.
As for Saturday, we should see some breaks of sunshine, but we'll have to leave in a shower threat for now. Highs will be a touch warmer in the mid to upper 60's.
