Gov. Hochul addresses MTA board meeting

NEW YORK - Gov. Kathy Hochul spoke at the MTA board meeting in New York City Wednesday. 

Hochul planned to highlight budget investments in public transit. 

It comes just days after the agency proposed price hikes for riders.
