Washington Heights Blaze Sends 1 To Hospital

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One person was rushed to the hospital after a fire ripped through an apartment building in Washington Heights overnight, authorities say.
Authorities say the fire started at around 3 a.m. on the third floor of a five-story building on 184th Street.
One person was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hosptial in serious condition, authorities say.
Two other people were treated at the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
